About the Game

What is Elemental Arena?

A tactical tabletop arena battle game where players take on the role of powerful Binders — commanders who summon and control elemental creatures in strategic, one-on-one combat. Each match is a test of positioning, timing, and adaptability.

Every Elemental belongs to one of four elements — Fire, Water, Ground, or Air — each with its own strengths and weaknesses. Players focus on a small, carefully chosen team and swap Elementals in and out of battle to control the flow of the fight. Every role plays differently — and every decision matters.

How It Plays
1
Build Your Team
Choose 3–6 Elementals. Balance speed, power, and survivability to craft your strategy.
2
Take Turns
Players alternate controlling one Elemental per turn. Attack, swap, guard, or channel energy.
3
Manage Energy
Abilities cost stamina. Powerful moves have cooldowns. Every action is a trade-off.
4
Outplay Your Opponent
Positioning, timing, and smart swaps decide the battle. One mistake can change everything.
5
Claim the Crucible
Eliminate your opponent's Elementals one by one. Last Binder standing wins.

The Arena

Same Arena. Different Battle Every Time.

The arena itself never changes — but the battle always does. Terrain obstacles shift the flow of combat, cutting off movement lanes and forcing positional decisions that can make or break your strategy. No two games play out the same way.

Our Story

Who Made It

The Designer
John Hughes
Independent designer and tabletop enthusiast — with a little help from his first playtester.
His 6-year-old son.
Why It Was Made
"Simple enough to teach at the table — every swap, every position, every ability counts. Deep enough to keep you thinking long after the game ends."
Built to capture the excitement of tactical combat without the complexity of large-scale war games. Something you can sit down and play with your kids, your friends, or someone brand new to tabletop gaming.
The Vision
Elemental Arena is just the beginning.
Eight elementals across four elements — each with their own identity and role. Future expansions will bring new elementals, new strategies, and even larger-scale battles into the arena.
Create moments where every move feels important — and every battle tells a story.
